Membership categories and conditions of
membership

Pinegrove Golf Club is a private course offering two types of membership: Full Member or Corporate Member:

Complete, sign, and send us the information document (see below) along with a deposit of $1,000.

Meet with a representative of the Membership Committee.

Your application will be submitted to the members.

Receive approval of your application by the Board of Directors.

Pay the entrance fee and annual dues, capitalization fees, and taxes.

Full member

A person who becomes a member and to whom all associate members are affiliated, who has full voting rights, full participation in the management of the Club, and full playing privileges. Annual and renewal dues, as well as the initiation fee, vary according to age.

Associate members:

Spousal member : The spouse of the full member plays with the following time restrictions: between 11:30 am to 2:00 pm on Wednesdays; before 11:00 a.m. on Saturdays and before 10:00 am Sundays and legal holidays.

Intermediate member : The child of a full member or spouse aged 19 to 39 has the same playing privileges as the spousal member. with the exception of Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Junior member : The child of a full member or spouse, aged 7 to 18, can request a starting time on Monday, except when there is an outside tournament On Tuesday to Friday between 8:00 and 8:30 AM and after 3:00 p.m., and on Saturday, Sunday and holidays after 3:00 p.m.. Participants in camps and leagues have additional times set aside between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m.

Corporate membership (limited number)

A company becomes a member and appoints a representative. This representative has the same privileges as a full member. The company's voting rights are exercised by the representative appointed by the company. The company is subject to any full operating fees voted on by the General Assembly. Membership privileges are extended to spouses or children.

Option 3

Membership with playing privileges for two, three, or four employees of a corporation designated before the start of the season. The company designates one primary member and up to three secondary members. The primary member has the same playing privileges as full members, while secondary members cannot tee off before noon on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. There are no membership privileges for spouses or children.
