Whether you wish to be a full member or a corporate one, this section highlights the various member categories that exist. Rates are also provided and are usually dependant on the age of the prospect. If you are already a member at another course or if you wish to join with a group of friends, advantageous rates are available.

Conditions of membership

• Fill out, sign, and send us information document (see below) with a $1,000 deposit.
• Meet a Member Committee representative.
• Your application will be submitted to the membership.
• Receive the approval of your request by the Board of Directors.
• Pay the entrance fee and the annual contributions, capital costs, and taxes.

Full member category

Full member:

The person who becomes the member is the individual to whom all family members are associated. The member has a full vote, full participation in the governance of the Club and enjoys full playing privileges. Annual dues, assessments and payment of entrance fees vary depending on age.

Associate members:

Spousal member: The spouse of the full member plays with the following time restrictions: between 11:30 am to 2:00 pm on Wednesdays; before 11:00 a.m. on Saturdays and before 10:00 am Sundays and legal holidays.

Intermediate member: The child of a full member or spouse aged 19 to 39 has the same playing privileges as the spousal member with the exception of Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Junior member: The child of a full member or spouse, aged 7 to 18, can request a starting time on Monday, except when there is an outside tournament, on Tuesday to Friday between 8:00 and 8:30 AM and after 3:00 p.m., and on Saturday, Sunday and holidays after 3:00 p.m.. Participants in camps and leagues have additional times set aside between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m.

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP (limited number)

Three options are available:

Option 1 (with voting right)

A corporation becomes a member and designates a person who has the same rights and playing privileges as a full member. This designated member exercises the voting right. The corporation is subject to all operating assessments voted at annual general meetings. The corporation holds a property title to the Club. The designated member can ask for playing privileges for his spouse and children, and will be billed accordingly.

Option 2 (without voting right)

A corporation becomes a member and designates two employees—a main member and a secondary member. They both have the same playing privileges as a full member, except that the secondary member cannot play on Saturday and Sunday mornings, and on legal holidays. There are no family options.

Option 3 (without voting right)

A corporation becomes a member and designates two, three or four employees. The playing privileges include a total of 40 games for the designated members, plus 40 games for guests and 20 electric cart rentals. A member must always accompany guests. When games and cart rentals have been used up, more can be purchased. Playing privileges do not extend to Saturday and Sunday mornings and to legal holidays. There are no family options.
